You werent wrong lad! Only just managed to get a link working here in Spain (Here with work), so not seen much of the game. Rutters finish was great mind!
Great result, players looked so happy at the end. And a massive shout out to all the fans who travelled there in that **** weather.
I'm always quick to moan about them but I agree with the commentators that the ref was for a change good. Ground it out and a good result
That's what happens when you don't double or triple team Summerville. He'll tear you apart. Is there a better selection of forwards in the Championship? I thought even Joffy looked decent once he settled in. He's better in the middle than on the right. Georginio is getting better every game. Still not too impressed with Anthony, he's ok but nowhere near Summerville, Gnonto or James. Byram had a good game again, Firpo was better when Summerville and Rutter came on but I thought he had a poor game. We did win again though so he's our lucky charm. Rodon and Coops were excellent at the back and the MF dominated theirs. On we go. I don't care who we get.
So my thoughts from tonight: Can't see much point in Joseph TBH Firpo is still a liability in defence Why the **** don't we try shooting more often and sooner Bamford falls over the ball again Stop ****ing playing it backwards and dicking around with it in our half Geldhart is not going to make it **** defending for the Plymouth goal - none of the defence followed the players Summerville and Georghino are class Gruev has turned out to be a gem Rodon has to be signed up Gnonto delivered the goods but still not the player he was quite Archie is a star Even Cooper has something to offer to last a full 90 plus ET Byram - like him Piroe....hmmmm....wish he had scored Meslier - not great but not bad Really could have done without ET Should have nailed it in normal time Apart from that great to see us on the telly.
That result is great for the confidence and definitely keeps all the good momentum going. Now hoping Chelsea win tomorrow as not only will we give them one hell of a game but also Leeds v Chelsea is a classic FA Cup tie. Can I also say how on a very rainy & windy night how excellent Meslier's distibution was
To all those who didn't want this replay then what's better ? 1) Sitting at home playing xbox/playstation whilst planning your next hairdo or tattoo. 2) Smashing 4 goals in the FA Cup away from home and celebrating all the way back to Leeds afterwards. Winning is what football is all about and everytime you win you become just that little better at doing it
