Plenty left for Saturday

I just felt that after the money I've spent on away games this season I might as well spend that bit more to see it finished off. Really excited about it. Also I don't live in Soton so celebrating promotion where I live afetrwards wouldn't be quite so exciting!

Going to both games, me and a few mates have hired a mini bus for the boro game <ok>

Possibly, when would I need to be there for?

I'm thinking of leaving plenty of time and going at midday. It's three and a half hours and with an 11 year old there will be some loo stops. Arriving in Boro at just before 4ish, parking sounds iffy, so allows some time for that and then enjoy some saints fans mingling and into the ground. I'll be off from the forum til about 8.30-9pm tonight. But if interested Message me and then we can see if something will work. I can collect from a station, or I live about 3 minutes off Junction 15A of the M1

I can't send you a message as you need to delete some first but I am interested.

I shall be watching on TV, after kicking the lady out ad getting my mate to pop round with some beers and champers before the ladies come over (plus assorted others) and we go out and tear up bristol. Really cannot comprehend going to that ****hole to watch football.

Strange comment. Where do you travel then? Boro is definitely "grim up north" country, but there are a few places I go to watch Saints I wouldn't choose for a holiday!

Boro is definitely "grim up north" country

It is not that bad and it is steeped in our industrial history. The bede experience is worth a visit. The industrial centres are exactly what they are. When I went there a few years back I didn't find parking too much of a problem and the locals were friendly. The area is definately struggling and locals don't have much money. You don't see the flash cars or clothes that you normally see at St Mary's.

But let's be honest St Mary's is in a bit of a grim location.

Really good to see everyone helping each other out to get there; pity people in general are not like that more often. Well done to all you guys going today, hope you have a great time :).
