Thought it was a poor game between two average sides under pressure not to lose after last week

Thought you shaded it but not much in it really. Soft pen, evened out by the usually fatboy cheating

We've both got to improve quickly to stay in the mix this year

I disagree, you never looked like scoring. You were very lucky to score once. I was never worried when you came forward except when Hoillet had the ball (he is quality). You stuck lots of men behind the ball and we had good chances to win. Snodgrass header, Martin header, Snodgrass not squaring it for Holt but trying to pick out Jackson. You had a very soft pen and and through ball to Cisse, who looked lacking in match practice. You have no doubt brought some good players but I worry for you more than us at this very moment. Could well be disaster for you guys when Fernandez finally realises you will never be a fashionable club.

But these are just my opinions, I know.

Totally agree with your statement and don't remember Ruddy having to make one save and with a few more games under our belts for the new players to gel together, we'll be fine.

Yes, I was at the game yesterday and was HORRIFIED by the decision making (or lack of it by) the officials.

Ridiculous to say it was an even game. Norwich didn't dominate, but we did more than enough to win it.

I do think it was a definite penalty, but how the ref missed Zamora (and others) encroaching, I will never know!<doh>

qpr were a very poor side, which makes it all the more galling that we didn't win the game. anyone who thinks it was 'an even game' wasn't there or is completely biased.

QPR looked very poor didn't they? I see why they are panic buying, I just can't see it clicking for them, no indication of a team at all

honestly surprised by just how disjointed they were. easy to see why they are trying to sign so many new players because the ones there now aren't going to be good enough. who knows, it might click, but i think they might need to fluke a few more results this season to stay up. they certainly won't be anywhere other than in a relegation battle, probably along with us, which is why it was a disappointing result in the end. they really were there for the taking...

I don't think we'll be in the scrap, I think we'll finish around the same place as last year. Lots of positives though, midfield interplay was good, both forwards looked lively, defence was solid and midfield helped out in an organised fashion, it was very positive. I'd have brought Wes on as I to thought the game was there for the taking, but sometimes you can't get that extra goal. Certainly a good place to kick on from.

I thought Pilkington was one of our best players in the first half. He did disappear a bit in second half I always think Surman has that problem in games, his either really in the mix or just vanishes, have to admit I'm more of a Pilkington fan I find his the more dynamic and powerful player on the left side of our midfield.

Fair play fellow city fans wind me up something chronic there are some right miserable bastards, when I last sat in the Jarrold I could hear some bitch behind me saying 'Will you be quiet' which turned to 'Shut up' I just continued what I was doing I have no time for people thinking they own the stand and if they have a problem with what I say they can **** off and go elsewhere. Too many moaners and whingers at Carrow Road for my liking.

Don't disagree with Pilks effort first half, just frustrating that he cannot boss a game and torment his fullback for the full 90 minutes.

Sitting in the Lower Barclay as I do I was just chuckling to myself as the amount of conversations I oveheard bemong the fact that we were buying another defensive type midfielder. I thought of Supers, I really did!

The crowd were too flat though. You cannot expect the players to generate the passion from the crowd every single time. Sometimes, as was the case yesterday, it should be up to us to intimidate the opposition and encourage our own players in equal measure and I felt that we let them down... it could have made the difference when we turned the screw on QPR late in the game.

As for passion, that looks like it will be sorely missing against Scunny on Tuesdy night. I just checked to see what tickets were available and it is basically take your pick right now. Looks like hardly any tickets have been sold!

Perhaps that is why they are a tenner for adults this year instead of the £15 from last year! People are not going to put up with being fleeced forever!

Just don't mention a certain forward who plays at a club James Vaughan has gone too<laugh>

Fair play always sing and shout when I can in some parts of the ground it feels like there are knives in your back when you do it though.

My cousin moved from the Jarrold to the Barclay because of some miserable bitch who sit's behind him, she tells people off, get's the stewards involved ,knows nothing about football and just moan's constantly she obviously wears the trousers in her house as her husband says absolutely nothing and nervously agree's, after two seasons of her **** my cousin had an enough and told her to shut the **** up and when she argued he proceeded to tell for two seasons his had to listen to her **** and she knows absolutely **** all about football, her face was apparently an absolute picture.
