    He does an unspectacular but effective job and was an important player for City this season. He'll never score as many goals or create as many as those players but neither did Makelele and he was considered world-class.

    I don't agree on your first bit, i don't rate him, don't ask me why, i just feel he's too slow and the second bit i agree, to cost £20 million pounds and have no assists in the league is laughable to say the least.
