I’m glad we avoided Ramsay and Alli, especially Alli, I think he could be gone the way of Ross Barkley…..the hype got the better of him, when you see managers of the quality of Jose, Nuno and Conte not being able to get him going I can hardly see Lampard turning him around.
Reading this morning about the fall of Ousmane Dembele. He was overpriced at £105m to start with, due to Barca having €220m in the kitty from selling Neymar to PSG, and although he's still just 24, he looks a done player. A fast food craving, all night video games before training and regular injuries (straight out of the Michael Owen guidebook) have ruined his potential. He even went on strike at Borussia Dortmund to help his move to Barca. Exactly the traits that no club wants at their club if they want good team spirit.

I see that PEA has left Arsenal but Sky are reporting that he hasn't signed yet for Barca. I'd laugh if Dembele and his salary's failure to leave has busted their accounts to pay him!
