I think he'll go to a Premier League club looking for a new first choice. That rules us out.

Perhaps Stoke will need him. Surely someone big will buy Begovic soon?

I don't know why people are listing so many centre backs and centre mids. We've got loads of both.

Redmond and Snodgrass are the kind of players we need, but I couldn't bring myself to support Snodgrass. Noone has looked good at times but I haven't noticed him for months now. Is he injured or what? Mutch scores a lot but is he still a CM these days or what? Not sure how he'd fit in. Hooper and Campbell are good enough for this level but not sure we need them when we've got Long.

We'll definitely sign a centre back and we haven't got Livermore yet.

I suspect with Faye leaving a centre back is a dead cert. If Brucey can find someone who's also comfortable at right back all the better

Well if he wants out, I'd take Hangeland. Mutch and Catherine from Cardiff and Snodgrass, Fer and Redmond from Norwich.

I'd considered Hangeland, 3-4yrs ago he'd be a shoe- in but he's nearly 33, has a turning circle like an oil tanker and against a mobile quick attack he's too vulnerable.

He appears to have fallen down the pecking order at Liverpool, maybe a season long loan would be good for both City and him.

I have to admit that he's a quality finisher, when I saw Norwich had got him I thought they'd be top 8 contenders, don't know what he's done at Norwich to only have one goal.
He'd be a good addition but could we (a) afford him & his wages & (b) could we have the luxury of a 3rd high profile striker in our squad. I think the answer's no.

Wouldn't taking Wolf...... be like another Graham scenario? Look what happened there.
