Willock! Played like Pele when he was on loan, then plays like he's got broken legs the moment we sign him.
Too early. However you have to ask what the tactic is for him being a signing. Does it mean rather than play football we are going long balls. Because if so then that renders both ASM and Miggy styles unmatched.
Right now yeah. But if we're talking the last 20 years, Luque, Boumsong, Marcelino, Gui'varch and Xisco were far worse.
BTW, it's almost exactly 6 years to the day since we signed him. I have a horrible feeling he'll be around for another 6.
We should have brought Potter in as manager. He'd have sorted him out! please log in to view this image
It's blatantly obvious what the plan is..... He's looking to build a squad to play 4-4-2. Not saying this as bait for Roland. We've bought a target man, we're currenly looking at a 2nd with both Zapata and Ekitike. We'll quite probably go in for another advanced forward and there's the answer - 2 target men and 2 advanced forwards. rather than number 10's we're being linked with wingers in Cantwell and Dembelle. Wing backs we're being linked with are known for their crossing ability's from deep. Centre backs are ball playing centre backs. All points to Edie going down the 4-4-2 route. possibly Man Utd's 4-2-2-2. Proof in the pudding will be if its two ball wining central midfielders we target.
