I don't think the shiny new facility is happening but we're probably still actively recruiting the new director of paint.

Here here.

We don't have an identity in terms of footballing culture.
I crave for a young, bright manager with modern footballing ideas who has a really clear idea of how he wants to play and to go for it. I don't think I want a managerial change at this stage, though. That may well be suicide. But no matter what happens, I really want a change at the end of the season.

I hate it when problems are not addressed or people say it'll pick up soon. This is basically a summary of how the QPR PR goes. I want new ideas and for them to be showing us that they're trying to address problems that everyone can see.

I wonder how much sway Hoddle has.

Not having a go at him, or indeed the other players, but he can be better than he is for us at present. For me it has to be the coaching.

I still think they can be better and it must be down to the coaching. Other teams just above us buy the same type of players, difference is they seem to have a game plan.
Why do players become sxxt when they come to us?
Any idea?
We R Premier League as far as being in the league........

but our SMALL and dated stadium is not premier league or world level.

I mentioned this before when we came up with NW - sure, the
exhilaration is there for all, including the joy in the players at that moment -
but then, their EGOS are crushed when they realize that they will continue to play
in the same small stadium with not much in luxury appointments or conveniences as compared to the grand palaces of the footballing world in places like the Emirates, Bernabeu, Camp Nou, Citeh, San Siro, etc etc..... I could go on. So the likes of Taraabt, who did well for us, thinking we're the IT THING when we made it up, realize that they have to continue to play in the SMALL stadium of Loftus Road that is quite dated and quite tight and cramped (including the locker rooms etc), they don't feel as if their Egos are catered to enough and so they start to believe they can leave for better places..............

Coupled with not having a world-beating manager, we struggle. How are we making ends meet to pay all the players and
staff without going broke with such a small capacity not earning much from tickets? It comes out of Tony's and the other owners' pockets and I'm sure they literally have to move money around and be clever with accounting to keep us afloat.
That is why the big need for a nice stadium. It creeps into the players' psyche. They just can't get into it. They've seen and experienced world-class stadia, which we have not got. They believe they are in the World's best league and, but not really. Just because of the stadia.

At least, that's what I believe happens to half the team who just come to "
work" to collect their nice pay checks. The other half are genuine, down to earth footballers who enjoy to play. I mean look at the Mercs we had who took our money and fled. Fcukers like M'Bia are flourishing back at Sevilla.

We R premier league, but we're still small time. We need to get big.
