i accept its a free world and people can do what they want (within limits), here is something for you to ponder,
hope the mods dont pull it
players celebrations, have they gone to far, in days gone by celebrations were quite subdued, take mary poppins up in ne1 a simple raise of the hand, players congratulated with a pat on the back maybe even a hug for the more friendly.
but what are your thoughts of todays celebrations,
1 the player doing backflips/somersaults etc, every manager must be pulling their hair out
2, kissing, and im not talking about a mere peck on the cheek, but multiple men full blown kissing in front of thousands of men women and children (before anyone questions no i dont have a problem with homosexuals, not my business),
this seems to have become quite the norm, and i expect many of you get questions of your kids about this.
has it gone to far? where does it stop?
heres 2 pics to help you think

That one one the lefts 2 hairy birds ain't it?

I'm all for birds getting it on mind <whistle>

as long as its not offensive, they can do what they want, and for me that includes being allowed to take your shirt off or jumping into the crowd (as long as it's your own fans of course).

although i'd ban robbie keane's gimpy forward roll. either do a proper front flip, or don't do owt, he's like a 7 year old doing gym.

But basketball games don't end 1-0, in football goals are special. The only special points scored in bball are in OT, at the buzzer, love it.
Sorry I didn't explain fully. I mean rather than allow the scoring team to waste a lot of time as goalkeepers used to, allow the team that has conceded to restart from halfway as per normal. It might even stop a few yellows from having to be given!
