TBH, I'm not because i don't think your manager would take that excuse from any player and good on him. But the question must have raised to him for him to give that answer!

It was, as shown in the OP

I read a interview with Paul Lambert this week where he was asked if the performances over the last few games were due to the players being tired/burnt out.

Think you might need to lie down and sleep it off Guru <ok>

I think it's mainly the quality of opposition and a little bit of luck against us??

All the teams tht beat us played very well, and we made mistakes, it happens. A win makes it all go away.

I think against Liverpool all three goals were lapses in concentration, which to me is that foot off the pedal because we are home and dry. I am not too concerned about the run of form, although I am not looking forward to tomorrow. I think we should just be happy that this run of form has happened now rather than Christmas period which would have dragged us right in the relegation fight.

An expensive experiment though if each place is worth £500k. Just think we have hit a bad run of form, but as we are safe, it couldn't have been a better time really

Its not an excuse, but most of the teams in our run-in have been fighting for something (Title/ Champions League/ Relegation). It doesn't seem likely its about being tired, its just the difference between wanting to win and needing to. As someone said earlier in the thread, they've lost that extra 5% which has been the crucial difference.

Liverpool is the exception, but I'm not overly concerned that we can't live with Suarez on top form.

the extra money for each place is not at the forefront of each players mind. it would be nice to think it is but it simply won't be <ok>

Apparently Lambert is on Goals on Sunday this week. Should be interesting to hear what he says, and not just about Norwich either.

I heard Morison and tierney are having an affair, which annoyed lambert as he was with Morison so he had to drop them both from the teAm. This caused awkwardness as ward left his wife as tierney was sleeping with her. To find out it was all for nothing caused a rift throughout the dressing room. Delia is having an affair with Bennett but nobody knows which one as it was scrawled on the toilet door. Now half the team are moving to Ipswich. My fathers mates uncles dads brothers girlfriends son who works behind a kiosk that sells knock off canary merchandise told me so.

    No wonder they are tired!
