I've no doubt Bardsley will win the player of the season award.

I can't really contest this as he HAS been the most consistent player.

That being said, i simply CANNOT accept that we continue to play two right footed players on the left wing. While this may suit Bardsley's rudimentary style, this club is not Bardsley FC. We might have 1 player playing great because a given system suits him, but this sport is a team game. The flow and balance of our football is all over the place right now. If Bardsley must play, play him at right full back and leave out Onuoha. Alternatively, play Richardson on the left wing and leave Bardsley at left back - the problem here is Richardson being very poor on the left wing.

    -----------------Gordon------------------
    Bardsley-Mensah--Bramble--Richardson
    ---------Hendo-----Muntari-------------
    Elmo----------Sess---------------Steed
    -----------------Gyan---------------------

Play like this and we'll suddenly start trouncing teams, instead of restricting ourselves to flashing moments of individual class. Lets open up our game and play proper football. There's such much potential within this team.

    In the long run:

    ------------------Gordon-------------------
    Bardsley-Turner----Bramble--Richardson
    Sess-----Catts------Muntari-----Steed
    ------------Gyan----Welbeck-----------

If we bring in a quality left winger, such as N'Zogbia, we can move Bardsley back to left full back with Onuoha on the right.
