    Faurlin stand out.

Everything good about us this season happens through him. The guy is just class.

Him and a Sandro both getting better with game time are a base for a side that can put a run together

Dropping him ultimately cost Ramsey his job

Hall showed his inexperience again today which could have cost us after Green went walk about and Hall got absolutely roasted by Wood in the 6 yard box who should have put them 1 up

I understand injury and fitness is an issue, but pretty much every QPR fan I know sees these 2 as our best central pairing, by some way.

Well they've changed their mind quickly as there were many on here defending Ramsey for picking Henry and Toszer while Faurlin sat on the bench and Sandro couldn't get on the bench even!

Can assure you I wasn't one of them, the whole Sandro thing stunk, I can't believe it took so long for him to start playing, Ale has made a few mistakes and had the odd bad game (usually in a team who have had a bad game) but the pairing or individuals make a much more positive impact to the team than either Henry or Toszer who I think Ramsey ended up pairing out of hoping that they would prove the doubters wrong, I would have Doughty in, in front of those. Henry (and Perch) seem to be the scapegoats for lots of games of under performing, however Henry kills the attack (Perch hasn't been great either for other reasons), if we are breaking and Henry gets the ball you can pretty much be assured the ball will go sideways, backwards or he will hold onto the ball for too long and the speed of the attack will be dead.

You could have an argument for one of the two playing at times but together especially the play is so sluggish, I still have no idea why Luongo wasn't given a chance further back either, yes he is light weight however he can tackle, he can hold up players and he can be amazingly useful if we are trying to break away. Just my opinion though!

Ale has had 3 very serious knee injuries, and had not played competitive football for many months at the start of this season..CR was dead right not to play him every game, and ease him back gently. If he had played most games quite likely Ale wouldn't be able to play now.

Same with Sandro really, and he picked up a new injury when he first came back.

Fit these 2 make a great pair, but still can't expect them to play every game. With Luongo, Henry, Toscer and Doughty in reserve we are well covered there anyway.

I understand the frailties of Ale and Sandro however it was clear for a while that Ramsey was persisting with the pair (who were not working as a partnership) and not giving Luongo or Doughty a proper look in, who I would have thought would have added some pace, runs and passes away from the defence. I will say I'm only an observer and don't see what goes on behind the scenes, but I doubt I'm alone in this opinion

Ease him back gently? He played 90 mins in his first game on a Wednesday vs Wolves and then another 80 mins vs Rotherham on the Saturday straight after. Played against Huddersfield. Missed losses to Forest and draw with Blackburn and then Hull on Sat and Fulham following Friday. After that Fulham game he was on the bench for all 5 games in October only getting 6 mins of football. None of that suggest easing him back in does it? Do you really believe that even with benefit of hindsight Ramsey was right?

I would say he was dropped and I agree with Tim he was left their out of stubbornness and would add poor management.

Sandro has also been done on here. He could have been brought back in far sooner than he was.

Sandro and Faurlin could very well form the base of a successful championship team. Both players do their role properly. Win the ball and play it quickly. Faurlin range of passing in particular is just amazing. With more performances like that it really will show up those who supported Ramsey and backed Henry

Yes, he wasn't all that great either when he played early season, not a surprise after his time out and his lack of pace even before the injuries. He was often well off the pace of the game, his lack of pace a liability. He was losing the ball in dangerous positions, and was rightly left out after Fulham. I've always liked Ale. Really hope he is getting back to where he was before the injuries.
