The bit I like is hopefully the 11 out of contract (hopefully apart from Walsh) don't seem to be in his plans, that's a start.

As long as NP signs a long term deal I’m confident we’ll manage fine. If not then we could be in big trouble

I hope they offer Walsh a contract, hopefully he’ll have the chance in the rest of the season to show what he can do. I liked him when he was here previously before his loan, although young and needed game time. He seems to have time whilst on the ball, which is a sign of class , he always looks to pass forward, and reads the game very well. As long as we have movement from players ahead of him he’ll find them.

hopefully this will not be a general clean out of "most " of our current squad. It is nice to have a home grown player move on and put a few quid in the bank, but now we have a number of players that have the potential cost very little £ wise and were well in tune with FFP HAVING SOLD THE FAMILY JEWELS! …. WE DONT WANT to sell the family silver now because soon we will have nowt left to sell.... the brass and copperware wont raise much!!!!

I’d hope NP will be confirmed and be able to assemble a team of players which fit his intended style of play, rather than a group of individuals that struggle to function as a team , like we are at present
