How much better can graphics be on a computer compared to the superb visuals provided by the latest consoles? Lol dickheads won't just enjoy things..always gotta rip them up like bitches
For me it's the price and variety of games available. PC costs more up front but most games are better with a mouse and keyboard even those dumb repetative FPS games. When you can get a game for $5 to $15 for PC on a steam sale that costs $50 on the XBOX or PS... It quickly cuts the cost difference down. A lot of games are better with mods. Something which you don't have the option for with consoles. Plus there is such a huge variety of games for the PC that aren't even offered on consoles. For every console game there are a dozen PC games. Half of them are crap... Sure... But still better variety. Honestly, I don't understand why anyone would bother with a console they've always seemed pointless to me. Everything you can do with a console you can do with a PC.
But you die a virgin and your room smells of damp mixed with a bit of fabreeze. You also piss in empty Dr Pepper bottles. Life is just so depressing as a mouse sniffer.
I'm not yet convinced I do Commachuo. Just seen a bit interesting . If I do anything , it won't be until next March or So.
This is one of the main arguments in favor of PC gaming, as the hardware inside a gaming PC can far outperform the parts in a console like the Xbox One or PlayStation 4. As a result, games on PC can play with graphics settings set to higher levels, as well as play at higher, smoother frame rates, than that on a console. With that said, gaming PCs that outperform consoles can come at a high price. A great gaming PC for 1080p resolution screens — the same resolution that the PlayStation 4, original Xbox One, and Xbox One S — can cost anywhere north of $500. Compared to the $250 price tag of those aforementioned consoles, a gaming PC suddenly doesn't seem so tempting.
My main issue with the idea of pc gaming in MY situation , is A - my pc is crap , B- I want to play the games in the comfort of my front room , if I was to get a new pc and play the games IF I DECIDE I even want to play games , will make me more of a recluse / anti social than I already am ! Appreciate the comment though
Hi jasper, Have you played on pc/consoles before? If you havent i would try it out first as most people who dont game now typically dont like gaming for hours so getting a gaming anything will be a waste of money. Consoles are probably a bit more social if you have people round and are a definite plus as you can play in your lounge and on a big tv (you can with a pc put you need a proper desk else you are on a smaller screen and much closer). Depends if your missus will be upset that you are hogging the tv. Now pcs are better for strategy games where its easier to manouevre and better for top down looking games (those old school classics). Arguably better for fps as a mouse and keyboard are much better although its its argu less fun as there are more hackers (cheaters) and skilled people (you die quicker). Whereas rpg games where you act as the character like GTA just feels better with a control pad. Sports games and racing games are always better on the consoles imo. PCs (as long as you spend enough) will be better for virtual reality. Financially Short term pcs are more expensive whereas consoles cheaper but longer term, unless you are buying second hand games or unless they have been out for a while console games are far more expensive. Hope that helps
Every steam sale now they seem to offer the hardware to stream from PC to TV anywhere in house for $5 to $30. Assume similar prices £ in UK. Steam sales are about 6 times a year.
of course you can, all decent GFX cards have a HDMI port, so when you've finished playing your game you can illegally download all the latest films and watch them, for free.
Just don't do it Jazz. You'll be posting **** about hunting a bear, and having a shave about a stupid ****ing game..You're not 12.
Playstation, since my hands have basically warped into the shape of the Dualshock by now I seem to recall the Steam Link being a fiver in the summer sale, so it might be around that level when the Black Friday sale hits next month
