Either going to be heroically short or just sneak in for me. Either way I can see it going to the death
What gives me hope with these young lads is they don't know when they're beaten, we've picked up 4 points in the last two games from losing positions and it's the manner in which we've done it that pleased me. Should have beaten Boro in the last 10 minutes and blew Plymouth away early second half before they could play the tired card after the Leeds game. Also how many real difficult saves had Patto had to make recently, i'd wager you could count them on one hand.
Wish you hadn't said that! I remember Prehab saying the same thing about Stewart, immediately before he got his achilles injury.
It's all about consistency. We have an excellent home record, 6th best in the league, picking up 30 points from 16 games. But our away record needs to improve, 15 games 17 points which is 13th best. Continue our home form and slightly improve the away form and we will get in.

If you work it on 75 (as last year was a low points total) thats still only 28 points from the remaining games and i can potentially see us getting 30
I'm so confident we'll make the playoffs this year that I bought house just outside London three years ago! Will still take me an hour and a half to get to Wembley though.
I'm on fence but if pushed think we will fall a bit short. I do think that the team that finishes third - Leeds or soton - will be big favourites to win play offs. I know we beat both at home but over two games after a long season they will both be pretty strong
If we'd continued with Mowbray I'd have said no, the momentum had decreased as his moaning increased. If we can continue to score goals, which I believe we can, we're in with a chance. That's not blind optimism, it's partly because we're tightening up at the back and because of the depth we have in the squad. There can't be many clubs with the reserves we have and I think the returning injured will give us boosts along the way. When you look at the bench, from Saturday, plus those coming back from injury we're in the reverse situation to last season. This is the critical month imo, we need to gain confidence and momentum before we play the likes of Leeds, etc. Away draws and home wins, with the odd three points at places like Huddersfield, and we have a good chance. Who knows who'll falter, no one thought Ipswich could collapse but they have. And there's usually once club who get in right at the end
Aye definitely stronger at the back this season (seemingly getting stronger) admittedly we’ve lost Amad’s magic but we look a better SQUAD it’s going to be interesting and close, aspart from the top three nowt to be fearful of KTF
