A parting thought........are you aware that 20% of your vehicle insurance premium goes towards funding the 'Motor Insurer's Bureau' which was set up to help those victims of uninsured drivers? A fine for no insurance will gain you 5-6 points and a fine of £200 or so........if you're caught. And who is there to catch these offenders anyway?
