Yes today was dissapointing after grabbing what looked to be a last minute winner. It was a cracking match i thought, thoroughly entertaining. We have 5 games to go and with promotion still in our hands.

What i was going to point out though is that today we mathematically assured a play off spot. I know it is not what we are aiming for but to have secured this in our first season back in the championship shows just how great this season has been and no matter how our last games of the season go, we will be in the promotion picture come what may at the end of the coventry game. This has been a fantastic season so far so lets cheer on the lads at selhurst park and get back to winning ways !

I just did the BBC predictor and despite losing to Reading and drawing with Middlesborough we finished 2nd-5 points clear of Wham, so hopefully I'm right and we won't need that play off place after all!
