i am going to a wedding. Of some good friends of mine if it was as good as the stag do i should be in for a good day.
***** **** Secret, I'm beginning to actually like you. Cheers secret, thank you Let you know in 26hrs if we have achieved our goal of a tiny plastic trophy in payment for a 6 x £10 entry fee
Wedding anniversary today (5th - wood apparently, I'll be obliging later). Nice easy day at work today after a long, hard couple of weeks, seeing a couple of jobs tomorrow morning, then some quality family time.
Got off work early, 4 hrs west on M4 to relax in friend's holiday place in Wales. Open fires, jogging on likely deserted beach and trying to avoid mate in village who is Swans st holder! Joined by granddaughter and her mum and dad will be ultimate cream on the cake.
Pharmacy, it's quite hard to be honest. It surely was. Now in some situation you can feel the animosity in the air.
Of to BBQ now...sun is shining and its early 20's at the moment...should hit 30 by midday... Have a good one all...!
Birthday today!! Trim for the barnet followed by a breakfast/brunch at the waterside. Later to be followed by dinner at Matt Follas' (Masterchef winner) restaurant The Wild Garlic. Really looking forward to it!
Sounds good sw Ive walked the dog and now need to start raking the fallen leaves and then get the bonfire going
With all these lovely Saturdays who needs QPR.................... Unfortunately or fortunately it is an affliction that lasts a lifetime and runs deeper than a lot of feelings.
Other half away visiting ill father, have to manage and entertain kids (4!) alone until 8pm tomorrow; tired already!
Dog walk, library, wash the car, entertain the kids. Then later on, Strictly with the family followed by a DVD whilst the rest all melt their brains watching X Factor. Just got to decide on a movie now....
Missed 19th wedding anniversary this week, working in the States, but thankfully remembered it and made contingency plans, so doghouse avoided. Back yesterday morning in time to say goodbye to the wife as she left for girls weekend in Skegness (I really don't want to know the details). Have washed, ironed, done the weekly shop, preparing the sausage sandwiches prior to dropping off son at his rugby match. Then wait for my Mum to arrive to take over as I am on 9.00 pm flight to Dubai then on to Delhi for 10 days. What the **** is a weekend? And why is Delhi four and a half hours ahead of us? A half???? What difference does that make? Is the Everton game on Sky? Hoping to catch it in a bar somewhere next weekend. We have to win because I will be in the company of a Scum supporting colleague. Last time I was working abroad with him I was forced to watch them away v Barca in the CL semis.
SB I think the toffees match is on sky I saw the sky fixture poster up at the rugby club last weds Leaves now raked and bonny on and smoking, am about to fire up the chainsaw and tackle logs for the fire. Perfect autumnal day here in rural Derbyshire
Had a few beers with the lads while watching a very San Marinan (?) keeper. Went shopping with the lovely lady in Colchester and now have a few DVDs and CDs to my name (especially looking forward to Django Django and Pale Impala). Wedding reception tonight. Housework and visit to mummy tomorrow. Happy birthdays/anniversaries/weekends one and all (although gutted that Beth dropped the e-quiz team so quickly).
