I think to judge a flop have 4 main criteria

Were they good before they moved?
How much they moved for?
If left, how much they left for?
if left, are they now good again after they left?

Lol, after scoring on his debut, all the pundits said Lukaku was "the missing piece of the Jigsaw for Chelsea".

But he got 15 goals last season like, nowhere near as much of a disaster as Sanchez was for Man U.

 

He's the Portuguese Andy Carroll. He won't score more than 10 goals

 

I bet he scored that many in his first 18 games.
