I'm sure you'll find some tripe about there being 10 billion people in London ignoring the demographics there.
What is your point though, that London has monopoly on migration? Nowhere else has seen any have they. Or is it a case of you can make excuses but no one else is allowed to? You don't want to discus the demographics in the NE but you DO want to talk about the demographics in London. Hmmm. Fulham and QPR will merge with Chelsea, while Arsenal will move back south of the Thames and join with Crystal Palace, Millwall and Chartlon. Tottenham will merge with West Ham and Leyton Orient.
My point is that your views on London teams are ******ed. They're all there on merit, be it top of the Premier League, League Two or anything in between. For all the vast swathes of the country that make up the North-East, what is there in terms of football? Two teams striving to stay up every season, two of the better Championship teams and then what? Hartlepool and Grimsby? If you're going to merge teams it's probably a better idea to do it in parts of the country seemingly unable to cobble together many half-decent teams, though of course merging teams is an utterly, utterly stupid idea anywhere in the Football League.
There is only 1 NE team in the Championship. The north east isn't that big really, and certaily doesn't stretch all the way down to Lincolnshire. Why merge teams that represent different towns and cities that have their own identities. Are you really trying to tell me that Chelsea represent a different group to Fulham for example? Hayes and Yeading, Dagenham and Redbridge, Ebbsfleet United have got the ball rolling.
You think that Spurs fans have something in common with those of West Ham? Yeah, you can stop now. A better idea would be to move all of the North East teams into the SPL. You're basically Scottish, anyway.
Ok you join West Ham then in the Olympic Stadium. Berwick already play in Scotland. If the vote to move was put forward I'd vote for it and thank you all for the free prescriptions. And by your logic you are all foreign.
Hull and Middlesbrough? What's different about Newcastle and Sunderland's identity that isn't different about, say Charlton and Barnet's, apart from Newcastle just being a much nicer place. They're both full of deluded people in ill-fitting replica shirts.
Hull isn't in the North East. Do some research. A good point to start off with would be the Civil war. I agree Newcastle has a very nice city centre, though I can't compare it to Barnet or Charlton.
SNP didn't have anyone stand in my constituency and the UKIP one was based in Blackpool, I doubt he would care that much about the people 120 miles from him. I voted for neither
You must've been very disappointed with your lack of representation, then. Did you ride about on your horse shouting about freedom?
Yes. You said Ebbsfleet was in London. North-East football needs Hull and Grimsby or you're left with nothing but two clubs scrabbling to be the seventeenth best in the country and one that aspires to be.
