I think the intro is the best bit of it...noodling out of key as the guy described it. As it comes out of the intro, couple bits that shout familiarity with me. Vocals then take over.

Hadn't seen this version before - one for the axe men ... superb stuff ... obviously all off their faces too <laugh>

Excellent that one, better than the other one, I like how it opens with the drums. It's not a song I'd want to play, just admire someone elses work. Although I get fixated on that melody.

I had a very brief look to see if there were any drum loops on the internet (if there is such a thing), there's plenty of drum covers, which could be useful suppose to a solo player.

It's both distinctive and also hypnotic -

... also, if you look again, you might notice that she doesn't appear to blink even once during the vocal ... not until closing her eyes at the climax ... that's some stuff, she's on... <laugh>

Talking about 'reaction videos' ... plus she is spot on - in an age of no technical wizardry this vocal really is beyond

This is one of those songs, I like and hate at the same time. Trying to think to put into some context, but can't at the mo. I hate quite a lot of 60's boyband stuff, it's not helped when it apppears on some **** show with a giggling audience. The canned laughter bolloxs.

I'm not a Beatles fan either, people may remember, which can be very difficiult when learning guitar, because every ****er seems to want to teach you that ****. My first thoughts seeing who was introducing the song for review, was it's a woman, hence the appeal of that particular song to her.

Which leads me on to say...it's very poignant, because I lost a good female friend in my 20's in a car crash, and this was played at her funeral. No sentiment intended btw, just one of lifes chapters. If I'd heard the Beatles blaring out at the funeral I'd have walked away in disgust, so it was within acceptable boundaries lol.

For me it's simply the untampered vocal range ... one which I can obviously make with some ease in the privacy of my own car... when there are no passengers! <laugh>
