Now then, I love a good pizza either from the takeaway or a good quality frozen one.

I think Lidls own brand for less than 2 quid are up there with the top brands imo. They are in a Black box, pepperoni, meat feast and a cheese and tomato, all are decent imo.

Ive been to Rome and tasted the authentic stuff (I know it probably originated in Naples) but just talking about the regular type stuff in this country.

Thoughts?

I don’t know if they are all over the country but we have a place called Flames and there pizzas are excellent and I’ve had some beauties in Tuscany.

use to love the Houghton one in front of the old brewery, before we moved to Germany, lashings of Kebab meat on top of a stuffed crust pepperoni, when it came the dog used to cry like a baby drooling with it touching the floor like an elastic band it was none stop once he got a whiff of it . when he got a slice his tail would go like playing a drum, whenever we drove past the place he would bark none stop till we bought one

This interests me because I love takeaway pizzas and kebabs but have never combined the two due to the fear of ruining them both. Now, question is - is it worth it?

Love an italian pizza, but found the white pizzas in Naples less interesting.
Prefer to make my own but partial to an occasional Dominos

In other news, Grimaldi's in Brooklyn is the best pizza place on earth

Bridge End Pizza in Chester le Street do something called a Garlic Special.
Baked garlic bread base, then the kebab meat, chilli sauce and salad goes on top. When I get one I ask them to not cut the garlic bread. I eat the salady stuff off the top, then fold it in half and eat it like that.
Food of the gods man.....

Love it but surely they dont put he salad into the oven? The rest sounds amazing

Tesco / One Stop do a stuffed crust pizza which is £5 including dips and a side. Pizzas are awesome for the price but I think they only do Margherita or Pepperoni.
