I said that I wasn't going to believe what he said until it was official, mainly because of what happened with HullCityAFC and Long last season. Anything wrong with that?
BTW I posted about Boyd leaving on the transfer thread before anyone else did.

The one that validates hutch's snippets is the fraizer Campbell one when he went to Cardiff. All the media was saying Sunderland wanted £7m for him, hutch said we'd agreed a fee of 600k I think it was but he wanted too much, even stated the wage, a few days later he was off to Cardiff for 600k on the exact wage hutch said he'd asked us for.
