How the hell do you get a pic on your comments/threads ? I´m no PC expert but I want one, HELP PLEASE.

Find the image you want to post and copy is URL

Click go advanced- They is a little icon saying insert image-Paste its URL into the box.
 
Click on the "Insert image" box when composing the message. It gives you a choice of where you get it from. ie from the web or you're own computer.
