It's not looking good for West End atm with a number of heavy defeats , can they get back to winning ways or at least start competing
Aberdare have signed a few players and battled well, but Village should have been out of sight by half time, but failed to take numerous chances.

Garden village are a really good team that i have junior members support and i'm pleased to see them doing well. The original Ragged school were a formidable side in the old days and have won many trophies. I can recall them playing in a cup final at the vetch many years ago. The Swansea area did have the 2nd biggest amount of amature club sides un the UK and there were always Scouts from various clubs use to come and watch many games....I dont know where we are in the UK with the number of clubs today but it looks a lot.....
Round 2 of the Welsh cup on Saturday, There is a cracker for 2 on here as West End take on the might of Aberdare Town. Good game on at Garden Village tonight, where Swansea senior league select side take on Pembrokeshire select side. should be a good competitive game.
Pembroke won 3-1 easily really and could have been more. Swansea had no players playing from either Penlan or St Josephs who are top 2 at the moment. I think it was a bit of politics going on. Enjoyed the game though.

so far it has been qualifying rounds, north, central and south, now moves to north and south with higher level teams joining, (welsh league div 1 and cymru alliance) then Welsh Prem sides will join round 3 when all the numbers will add up. Waiting to get the first round draw, it has been made but not out yet, some good fixtures, Lee Trundles Havvy west take on STM, which looks a cracker. Boundys West End are home to Caldicot.
