Yeah, I remember. That was pretty detestable from a football perspective but the Pistorius one was risking influencing a juror that may have seen the ad(their intention is for them to go viral) and crosses a line of general decency in encouraging people to try and make money on a case about a young woman losing her life, where a young man has his whole career and life resting on the outcome. They might as well start taking bets on how long cancer patients are going to survive if they think this is acceptable.

There are no jurors in South African trials. There's a judge and up to two assistants.

Ah, I thought I'd read in the article that it was banned because it could be prejudicial to the case. Just read it back and it was referring to public opinion and not the case.
