I'm wondering the thoughts on this one.... I think there is a big difference between support and having an opinion, what you thought was wrong/is wrong. I know I have calmed down a bit from the game but I think Kenny even said what we were all saying, our team did not perform and we were left to rue it. I know who I support and will continue the support that will never be questioned or tested.
There is having an opinion, and there is being openly critical about stuff you don't know all the facts about. Or being openly critical about stuff far too quickly. I admit I can't understand how Kenny plays Johnson over Kelly, I just don't understand, because from what I am aware of, Kelly is by far the better player, but I don't know all the facts, so while I am yelling at the TV, I wouldn't call for either Johnson or Kenny to be sacked.
But people who openly want Carroll sold, just because he has not already paid back the high transfer fee with dozens of goals should go support another team. people who start picking all kinds of faults if we don't win should naff off and support Citeh.
We are still gelling as a team, we changed so many players this year, because we had to, and to make any negative comments in public because we are not winning every game is not being supportive.
Look at it as if it was a family member for whom something has gone wrong, are you supportive, or do you get on the internet and criticise them for mistakes they made?
We are playing better and better football, week after week, and if this is our bad spell, then how good is that? So we have struggled to put it in the net more often than not, but how good were some of those chances we have made?
Criticism never helps confidence. so it is OK to have an opinion, just keep it to yourself ;-)
