i wouldn't value him at much more than £15-20m at an absolute maximum, theres a difference between what you want and what clubs will pay. i very much doubt swansea would sell for that, though the player himself would make it very clear he wants to move on. he could have a poor season next year as many do due to second season syndrome and no big isn club will touch him with a bargepole, as will be the case with michu this year.

    thats the reality.

    Er... no. That's your reality.

On Michu you have a point, as his injury problems will mean the vultures won't be sniffing around so much. As for Bony, prolific strikers at this level are always sought after and I think we'll struggle to keep him.

Then again I'm told by some Swansea posters that you lot thought Bony was an overweight donkey. Apparently that was 'reality' too. <laugh>

Already addressed on another thread - he was at the time and many of your guys thought so too.

Then again, you wouldn't know - you weren't around on here then. Unless of course you're really someone else under a new tag?

The fact of the matter is that this is the Cardiff forum and your nuisance value on it is well worth it. You're making an absolute tit of yourself. <ok>

To be fair,Dragon, they didn't say Bony was "overweight", just that he was a "donkey". They got that right, didn't they?

Oh,and Cornelius would outscore him. They got that right,as well.

not much as we seem to have consistent strikers your lot on the other hand have had many strikers who were good but later proved to be worse than a saturday night with susan boyle i.e shifty kifqy (can't recall his real name but it was something like that)

dont laugh too hard you may put your heart under unnecessary strain lib. but fair play that extremely funny.

dragon, you're correct i did call him a donkey, i stand by that, i don't rate the guy.

but talking about overweight donkeys, you and lib are two that this board doesn't need.

Shefki Kuji cost Swansea nothing, joining on a free transfer. He made 20 appearances, mostly as a sub,and scored 5 goals, three of which were match winners.

Cardiff splashed out £8,500,000.00 on someone called Cornpepper,or something like that.
He failed to score ANY goals, and was eventually offloaded for a gigantic loss.
What a brilliant signing, and what an even more brilliant piece of business to sell him back whence he came, for a massive loss.
