We need to win at least 2 games and probably 3 (we have only won 5 all season!) and hope that one team above us completely self destructs.
Anyone want to buy a sulky and uninspirational current England LB for 50m+ and a giant ex England GK for a snickers bar and a bag of flamin' hot monster munch?...can deliver.
Will you hold onto the better players next season? With even an ok manager you’d walk the league down here with Austin vaguely fit.
I expect a lot of them to be sold, but we have some very useful and talented young academy products to replace them, Matty Targett for Bertie for example and I can see JWP and PEH staying and drving our midfield with the former made captain. I have a lot of hope still for the future. Watch out for Sims and Hesketh too. I will say the the fans are not really engaging with the current team and I think that that will change with a few more home grown players in the team. I know that you probably won't think so , but Hughes could be a very effective manager in the Championship
Huddersfield and Brighton will barely pick up another point. You play an out of form Leicester and Everton,. I think you'll get at least a point from them games. You'll beat Bournemouth and Swansea. Man City will beat you.
He’d probably consider himself too good for it but I honestly don’t think he’d be the man for you. I remember seeing Hesketh playing on loan somewhere and he looked good and Targett has been around a while. It might be a good thing in the long run but it won’t seem like it when you’re at Bolton or Hull in February.
We should take that but you never know with our ticket office as they sometimes make bizarre choices with allocations. Ticket prices strangely will go up for some away games next year.
They ****ing will mate and can see it getting ugly. Surprised they didn't insist on an early ko after some of their lot acted up last year. Could be the day it becomes a derby for us. It's on my list for next year along with Brentford for sure.
