    So we're into April and the Nominations should be announced in the next couple of weeks.

    I reckon Mahrez, Vardy, Kane and Ali are shoe ins to be honest.

    Others with a shout are Payet, Kante, Drinkwater, Ozil, De-Gea and a left field shout for Willian.

    Any others worthy?

    I think Ali is nailed on for ypoty

    I think kane will win young player simply cos its usually an established player and kane is only 22 still... this is well within the age

    yes alli is the breakout young player and more in fitting with my view of such and award but.... kane will win.

    considering you can get 4/1 on kane and he's only the top scorer with 21 league goals?

    c'mon guys.. you know that worth a wee bit more than 1/5 on bet on alli.

  8. What i think it should be:
    POTY = Mahrez
    YPOTY = Alli

    What it will be:
    POTY = Vardy
    YPOTY = Kane

    I wont be going near the 1/5 on Ali as i said in my previous post. No value at that price. I'm sticking with Ali for YPOTR though.

    Although Kane is eligible for it, i think the voters will see him as an established player now and may vote for him as POTR. This has been Ali's breakout season as you say and that could count well in the YPOTR vote.

    And I'll make a guess at:

    POTR: Mahrez, Vardy, Kane.
    YPOTR: Ali, Kane, Lukaku

    is lukaku still young enough.. every year i say the same.. that sort of stuff flies in the face of what a young player is.

    For me lukaku has done well and if everton had done better as well he'd be in for full poty.

    the issue i see is that while kane can bee seen as established those who vote for these awards will be selecting the top guy first and then if thats not kane kane will be yuong poty.... it happens so regularly that way its ridiculous.

    I always get annoyed when a hazard etc win it.

    I do think theres not one really outstanding nominee for POTY. mahrez and vardy will be big shout but so will kane so its not as if one leicester guy is running away with it gifting kane the award for yuong....

    frankly vardy's scoring has tailed off a huge amount relatively sinlce after chirstmas and that op so i expect him to almost fade and mahrez to be top player by end.

    Got to be Vardy, or perhaps Mahrez. I think Martial has been outstanding at Uniturd, for the Young Player. Now I need to disinfect my keyboard.

  16. I think Leicester could find another Vardy but they couldn't replace Mahrez
