I see the short list has been released today...

I clicked the link from a post on Facebook, stupidly expecting to see Austin's name there. Yes, he hasn't been as on fire at some times as much as others, but in his first year in the Premier league he has scored 17 goals, and sits only behind Kane, Aguero and Costa. Alas no, he only plays for little old QPR, not a 'big' club, so he will be ignored.

Some things about this league are infuriating...:emoticon-0181-fubar

Recognition yes, he's a great finisher. But that is it finished. The best asset to have on a football field he has it, but for me at the level being considered here you should have a string or more to your bow.

Totally agree with that...maybe I was just looking for a reason to be cheerful, the thought of one of our players being up there would distract me from the tricky situation we find ourselves in!

He's not good enough. Simple.

Incoming! Ossie's discovered the italics and bold functions. He'll be playing with font size soon. Put that bloody light out!
