    I'd keep Dyche..he knows the squad and club which would help the new owners and any new players settle ofcourse.

    Sorry guys can't agree to this.......if we are to be a quality Italian led club capable of winning the premier league, champions league, FA Cup etc etc we may need someone who can handle all the ego's and the personalities! Maybe Villa Boas or Mourinho!?!

    We can win all that with Dyche, we don't know if Dyche will be good in the prem, but there is a good chance he will, Zola on the other hand didn't do too well.

    A couple of fluke Chelsea wins aside, I think the Dyche situation is similar to the Di Matteo one. His departure seems inevitable, but he deserves better than to be sacked immediately after comfortably outdoing his predecessors with considerably fewer resources. If he doesn't meet the new expectations, fine, they are investing a shedload of money. But from a Watford fan's point of view he has earned the right to try. And from a continuity/transitional standpoint it makes a lot of sense for new football people to pick the current staff's brains on existing players and academy lads for a while.

    Interesting article on the Wobby Website about what happened at Grenada CF when Pozzo took them over.
