I am surprised that Johanson and Wallace are playing and are not rested for the Boro match.

I'm surprised no obvious CDM is playing. If Field is getting a rest then I'd have thought Ball or Hendrick would be in. Maybe its Amos but he never looks the part in that role to me. Same with Johansen.
