    Having said all this his goalscoring record is pretty darn good and like someone said earlier he is quite fast. Watched a few youtube vids on him and hes good positionally and hes strong on the ball. Maybe he will cut it in the premiership. Some strikers get better with age (Wor Lesley) and he was playing lower league football a couple of years before we got him.

    Man I would take Ferdinand over any current premiership striker... Theres a lack of top quality english strikers now.

    No. He needs to play with another striker, he's ****e on his own up front. Wigan play a 4-2-3-1 formation, which he can't play in.
