The final score line probably flattered us a bit but we desperately needed the boost of a win and a few goals after a disappointing week. Lowe continues to improve and Eisa is a real find and must be worth a start in the playoff games. Hopefully Nolan and Whalley will have benefitted from the break and it was a big bonus to see Riley back - I thought he was excellent as a sub.
My starting team for the playoffs would be
Henderson
Lowe Beckles Nsiala Bolton
Eisa B. Morris Godfrey Whalley
Nolan
Payne
 
Eisa was cracking.
Lowe had some great touches and forward moves alongside defending.
Jones looked lost until the second half.
Beckles was great bar their goal.
Riley played well and offers a different type of player who has a good footballing mind.
John Lewis and Gnuhoua linked up really well to get the final goal. Would like to see them start at some point.
