I don’t buy enough chocolate for it to worry me - however I do worry about the cost of lager - I remember vowing never to drink it again once it went over a pound a pint ! Here I am at £5.40 a pint and still going strong !
I could get pi55ed on home brew for the cost of a swift half in Whitstable.

Chelsea Tractors ought to have a 1,000% vehicle tax and insurance hike imposed on them.
The only exceptions being female drivers who can prove they do not use the vehicle for school runs.

Two of the women who work in the factory that employs me drive them, because that kind of vehicle makes them feel safer when they are driving alone, especially after dark. That is the only valid reason I can think of for anybody to drive a 4x4 within a suburban environment.
Everything else is vanity, and totally at odds with trying to cut down carbon emissions.
They are vulgar absurdities in this age of conservation.

Non-apologies.
"Regret any offence taken"
"Sorry that you felt any suffering was caused"
sort of thing.
“In consultation with our partners we’ve learned the lessons and our procedures have already changed. This incident couldn’t possibly happen again now”

It would be better perhaps if members of the Public could ask questions of the PM at PMQ's, and not other members of Parliament.
The Prime Minister might be a little more civil and constrained in his answers.
Rather than excusing a rich man who wanted an MP to be shot, or showing off his personal transphobia.

Hey ho. As you mentioned before, we get the politicians we deserve.
