I don't normally do negative posts, but I'm getting nervous about Monday. I'm convinced we will win, but starting to become equally convinced that Millwall and Coventry will too. Anyone with any positive thoughts me, knowledge of Coventry injuries etc? :emoticon-0100-smile
I've got knowledge of Coventry, and I've had it for decades . . . . they're due their comeuppance, the cheating bastards :emoticon-0105-wink:

Either find a pub with the game on or fill your fridge up with plenty of cans, watch the match and enjoy the ride. Win, lose or draw, its been a hell of a season and one that people could probably not have predicted at the start of the season. Then you can look forward to the silly summer season for signings and then wait with baited breath for next season!
Sounds good Essay...instead of beer and Tele were driving to Oban to start our eleven day break on the Outer Hebrides...this was planned before Charlie's do cocked up the fixture list:headbang:

I've studied the league since the Watford game and have convinced myself there is no way both Millwall and Coventry 's results will fall into our lap.
Things like this never happen to our club....do they.
I'm very open to a more optimistic point of view mind.

We lost the playoff final to Swindon ....

... and still went up <laugh>

.Millwall have only scored in 3 of their last eight games.

In the last 3 games they've lost at home to Birmingham and to Wigan who are relegated.

Their opponents, Blackburn, have drawn 5 of their last 6 games ...

... another draw would do nicely.

Yeah that's my best hope too. I can see Coventry drawing but not losing. I suppose Blackburn could do Millwall and great that they are still in it, but Millwall will be so up for it. They will be confident they can win their game just as we are ours.

But first goals are massive as usual. If Blackburn get one, Millwall need to score twice with a Sunderland win.

We didn't just lose that day Smug we were absolutely hammered! Thank **** for Tony Norman!! <laugh>

Every cliché is appropriate for that game.

Men against boys, given a football lesson, rabbits caught in headlights, etc. Not to mention 'a game of two halves' ...

... we lost them both <laugh>

It's completely backwards and I know it makes me seem like I'm not a supporter, but honestly the feeling I had when we were 2-1 down at Watford was one of relief that it was all over :D

But then the goal went in I felt elation that it wasn't. :D

football is so annoying.

I felt exactly the same. It doesn't help that I'm still caught in two minds about whether I want us to go up or not.

I do but I would have been fine if that game had finished 1-2. Different matter if we get to the playoff final mind I'd be all in by then.

This for me as well, before a ball was kicked This season I said I'd be happy with tenth, then a promotion push next season as there was a lot of rebuilding needed.... I'm over the moon we've played well and been a joy to watch after the previous season's. Onwards and upwards, whatever happens Monday, hhhaaawwwwaaaaayyyyyyy the lads

27th May, still cant find the 1st/2nd leg dates. They were due in the week of the Monday we play the last games, 13/14th May they reckon 2nd legs must be 16/17th may.
