Looks like Bony is gone , Gomis looks like a probability with his release clause dictating it , and Shelvey still a very good possibility for a very profitable " treble" of good business .Instead of 35 million , looks like a possibility of 45 Million.

 

I'd rather see a tidy team than a tidy bank account , and before you say it ,yes we can buy more players , when now when prices are inflated .

 

Why would we want to keep our best players when we can have the money in the bank and play football in the Championship. Makes perfect sense. Dont be a fool valley , some players become unhappy first then want to leave .If somehow the Bony deal falls through , guys like you and Stumpy and your logic will say " See , hes happy and never wanted to go " when its abundently clear Bony wants to go to a big club ....like he did this past summer

 

If it falls through its because they haven't matched our valuation. Bony has always said he wants CL football. But I do think he is happy here and if we could provide CL football and £150k a week wages he'd stay.
