I've loving the political scene right now.
Labour thrashed and arguing among themselves
Remainers upset that we've left the EU
All they have left is childish insults
Remember that voters wont vote for immature people
Labour will be out of power for decades

You won't get to find out if that last bit is true

Lisa Nandy seems the best of that bunch.

LOCAL LONDON LABOUR PARTY WANTS SPECIAL WORKING-CLASS GROUP TO COUNTER POSH MEMBERS
https://order-order.com/2020/02/03/...ial-working-class-group-counter-posh-members/

“Haringey Constituency Labour Party are calling for a special Labour group for working-class members to counter the “millions of the more middle-class” people Labour now attracts.

In a statement that would have inconceivable a decade ago, the CLP emphasised the working-class “are just as important to the Labour Party” as the middle-class, whose influence within the party has led to their leaflets becoming “boring to working-class people”.

The suggested remedy includes explaining Labour policy to the working-class people in a “tabloid-style way“. Perhaps also putting on a fake northern accent and donning a flat cap will add to the list of stereotypes Labour must try to win back their old voters…”

Reactions: HRH Custard VC
I'd need to look more closely at what she's said and done, but on the recent interviews, she more than held her own against Andrew Neil and Piers Morgan.
She wants public transport to be nationalised
She wants to end privatisation in the NHS. This would mean there would be no self employed GPs or dentists, no private companies building hospital or ambulances. Maybe she just doesn’t mean any of that and is just trying to please the lefties.

I don't have an issue with nationalising public transport, and all measures get diluted through the political process, plus she's a long way off being able to put any of her words into action.

I was commenting more on her looking like a fair shout as leader or deputy leader of the opposition. What little I've seen of her so far makes her seem clear and decisive at least, especially when compared to the other candidates.

Thornberry or Catherine Tate's stunt double wouldn't be able to offer any reasonable challenge to the current Government, they'd get rinsed.
