Facebook is actually an excellent tool for businesses to get themselves known and for people who live abroad to stay intouch with families for free. I just hate the people who post the most pointless and inane crap.
What utter bollocks. Use Skype to keep in touch and get some ****ing better advertising, unless you want to pre-pubescent market.
TBH facebook is for little kids, twitter aswell, don't get that either, why the fu...ck do people want to know what your doing, etc what do they get out of it? nothing. "am having a sh...it" for e.g. you know want to know that aswell
Exactly. Use email, skype, texts or just the old fashioned phone call to find out what your mates are doing.
I use Facebook for talking to friends through IM while I am at work as they work in different companies. You can't exactly use Skype at work or make phone calls, texts cost money and I hate text language anyway. E mail is fine but it isn't exactly a quick method of communication as my friends hardly ever check their emails.
There are better IM's. Most companies allow Skype. Get a decent phone plan with free texts. What the hell do your friends do if they don't check emails at work? Stop being a little girl. (no offense intended)
This is a very specific hate, and I'd be interested to see if anybody else gets this: I hate it when I'm on a motorway/duel carriage way with the cruise control on at a steady speed. Then somebody overtakes me and pulls back into the lane in front of me. Then slows down. Then, as I don't want to turn my cruise control off because I can't be bothered, I over take them back again. (Bear in mind that I haven't altered my speed in the slightest throughout this entire process) and then THEY look at ME like I'm a dickhead for re-overtaking them. ****s. If you've insisted on overtaking me, it should be because my speed was too slow for you. Don't then slow down to slower than what I was doing and think I'm a twat for maintaining a certain speed. Absolute ****s.
Maybe. It just happened to me yesterday and I thought "I'm posting this on that hate article tomorrow".
