Thanks lioner. But the table is only a small part of my spreadsheet as I have to post entries onto the sheet and let the spreadsheet do the working out. I just have to do a SORT to put the table in order. A Print Screen job would be too big Will play about till I get something sorted. Thanks for your time. CHAMPIONSHIP Pos L W . Pts . Club .. penshaw - I got your message and I'm assuming your using excel, so why are all the dots being used in your spreadsheet to separate columns?
brb Have not yet used the Go Advanced buitton but will try that when the rain starts later in the week...my garden take priority at this time of the year, Will play about and report back. Moltisanti. It does look rather complicated but my own Excel spreadsheet has been built up over 4 years and works everything out for me. Its getting used to posting on this not606board that will take my brain cells to task...once thats sorted ..offf we go. Hope you join in hwne we get started next season.
Hi brb Here goes with a Go Advanced copy, taking out all my dots and leaving narrow blank columns xxxxxxxx No good... had to edit results out. results all mashed up xxxxxxxx I went to go Advanced. Copied and Pasted onto the reply section..but how do you get the next stage of Wrap in HTML 'Go Advanced' - copy & paste - highlight all text - wrap in HTML At the bottom of my page it does say HTML code is Off does this mean I cant ?? use HTML. You will have to guide me through this part of posting a readable table. Cheers PSD

Penshaw - I converted your earlier version directly on to excel, so I could see a few of the problems you experienced. A few tips, if you wish to widen the gap between columns, just insert a line of dots in columns, as per my incomplete example - also I moved the numerical minus, to the outside. Might be worth checking your cell formats are not dropping the zeros which will throw it out of line, also the asterisks appeared to be making the text jump cells on my spreadsheet. brb and Lioner I will be starting up 2 new threads on Saturday to be used as a gathering points for those bbc606ers who wish to come over and join in the 2 comps I run I intend to post them both on the "Championship" board rather than the Leeds board so that I can pick up entries from Championship clubs. I assume that can be done that way, ?? The first will be; TOP SIX POINTS CHALLENGE. This will be the main posting for eventually collecting actual entries for the comp when I open it in late July. I will also publish the "Rules and Conditions" at that time. I will have to have a limit of around 150 to 200. This will be the FIFTH annual running of the comp and some 606ers are getting clever !! The second comp: NEW VIRTUAL BOOKIES This is just a continued comp where 606ers select 3 selections every week for a PATENT type bet of 3 singles, 3doubles, and a treble(all at a virtual ã10) from a list of 25 matches. Its great not to use real money !!! This years likely winner is showing a profit of over ã1000 virtual cash. Again I will have to restrct entry for this to around 50 or so. I will be inviting preliminary entries from existing VB punters to log their intention to join in again. I have an idea for another Prediction type comp to run alongside the above but this depends on the similarity of any that turn up from other not606ers. Cheers
Cheers Lioner I will compose my thread for posting on Saturday and then refer to it in my final report to both comps I run. That will hopefully make a few log on and register then bookmark the thread. I am slowly getting used to not606 having been with bbc606 for 4 years.
