Apart from all those goals and assists. Becchio > Beckford, but I would still take Beckford to add the pace we're lacking up front.
I still think if we were to get rid of Becchio, we'd still need an aerial presence upfront. But we need someone more like Lambert than Becchio, for me Lambert offers so much more than Becchio. My main issue with Becchio is he doesn't think about what he is doing, he just ****ing does it and his 'hard work' as you keep saying isn't working in the right areas. He runs after pointless balls and tires himself out so that he can't run after the ones he should. He needs to think about his game more, he's not far off being a good striker but at this stage in his career I can't see it happening. And maybe I just remember way too much of the good of Beckford rather than the bad. One thing is for sure if we were to sign Beckford that certainly would get the crowds in
you missed my point, I said thats what Becchio should be. And he isn't actually that far off in terms of ability, just his brain doesn't read the game too well
