They surrounded for a blatant dive, whereas ours did for possible leg breaker. And for all those stupids who say Ibra didn't go with the studs BS - Shawcross didn't use his studs to break the leg! Speed and contact did that.
Nothing stupid about it. It simply wasn't a very bad challenge. Oscar himself, if anything, was the far more dangerous in how he went in. Let's just surround the referee and bawl in his face after every tackle just in case the bloke feigning agony on the floor is actually hurt.
Maybe if your mercenaries had a greater desire to win you would not be going down. Can we relegate you in April?
That was not a possible leg breaker tackle...unless you consider any tackle a possible leg breaker. Chelsea players were wrong. Get over it mate...don't demean yourself defending childish tantrums on a football pitch by grown men
Evidently. Whether they thought it was a leg breaker or thought to themselves "Lets get one of their players sent off" is irrelevant as you will believe whatever your twatboy rival bias wants you to anyway, same as most of the people on Not606. The same bias may be why I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. What rival fans need to get over is the fact that there is very little sportsmanship left in modern football. Players dive, they appeal for corners, throw ins and other decisions when they know damn well the ball came off them. Players, for the most, have very little loyalty to clubs and are in it for the bucks (See Raheem Sterling). So what we have is a bunch of greedy, selfish, young, entitled, overpaid douchebags who will do anything to win at any cost, and this goes for, i'd say 90% of the premier league and certainly ALL of the big clubs. So lets stop pretending that Chelsea are some big bad naughty club amongst a sport full of angels who dont do the same **** week in, week out? Can everybody do that?
I ain't biased against chelsea on this...their behaviour was ****. All clubs have players that cheat...my point was simply that you demean yourself pretending they thought it was a leg breaker tackle. If they genuinely thought that then they'd have slapped the drama queen around the pitch when he got up to play on for making them look stupid...so next time time read what i write instead of refering to my views as "twat boy rival bias". I don't come on here and wum so maybe save the insults for the sad twat boys that do.
Would they though? You are giving them far too much credit. Their behaviour throughout the entire match, from Costa doing his windmill impression, to their asshat tactics, was ****ing poor. I aint defending anything! At the speed it happened it looked bad, thats all i can say. It wasnt until I saw the replay that I realised it was a harsh decision. The Chelsea players shouldn't have surrounded the ref, but they did because, again, they are asshats who want to win at any cost. The only point I am trying to get across is that modern football is full of assholes, and feigning injuries and surrounding the ref happens EVERY weekend in the PL, in every round of fixtures there is at least one occurence of someone diving, someone feigning injury, of players surrounding a ref, and a ref ****ing up a major decision. (maybe not ALL in the same match though). The reason people are jumping on the hate Chelsea bandwagon right now (and I will concede they really do nothing to help themselves) is a combination of us being top of the league, having an outspoken manager whose foot lives in his mouth, and the **** that happened recently in Paris, oh and the money thing, cannot forget that.... What exactly do you want Chelsea fans to do? If you feel you need their agreement on a forum I would question your insecurity issues (plus you are unlikely to get it). If you want Chelsea fans to renounce their club and form FC Chelsea of London then don't hold your breath.
I aint insecure mate...just think you went off on the deep end. Like i said every team team cheats...my only point was about you defending them cos "it was a leg breaker challenge" This is going round in circles so i will bugger off
No probs mate, my mini rant wasnt really targetted at you specifically so no worries. Well it wasnt actually me who said that, but someone did yeah. All I said was, in real time, from the TV angle, it looked bad when it happened. If you check the matchday thread you will see the first thing I said upon seeing the replay is that it was never a red! Unfortunately the players and ref don't get the chance to see a zoomed in slow-mo replay from multiple angles. Maybe some of them thought it was bad, maybe some of them just wanted Ibra sent off. The whole match was a low point in our season tbh and not just because of the result. The way you seem 100% convinced that every Chelsea player had an awesome view of it and decided they would just be ****s and get Ibra sent off knowing it was a nothing challenge is a tad odd for me tho.
Aye, the FA are against Chelsea, the refs all love Liverpool and hate United. Some of the paranoia and delusion on this board is astounding, from supporters of all clubs.
Give it up for Christs" sake, Oscar did bugger else more than a thousand others, overacted to Academy Award levels, but the REF had the card out instantly, because ,at normal speed it looked a shocker. Replays showed it wasn't. Answer? Use replays to assist the refs. Easy, done in every other sport except the one run by the FIFA criminals.
I get players thinking a team mate is badly hurt as he lays writhing in agony...but after he jumps up being fine you'd wanna slap him for making you look like a dick! I don't get the anti chelsea stuff though...the answer is simple...do what the ref in the man utd match did but more so. If you run to the ref, wave an imaginary card, demand a sending off or booking, moan about a decision, shout or argue with them book them and if they dont immediately stop then send them off. It would stop in a matter of weeks. Also if a play rolls around and a player is sent off wrongly then rescind the red card and ban the player who rolled around. Chelsea are not the only culprits...it's rife in football.
None of those pictures show if the ref came up to the players or the players to the ref.Video evidence would be sufficient imo The last pic is clearly the ref coming over during a set piece or something. When the interviewer asked the City manager about the stonewall peno denied them he said it doesn't matter. If only your own manager showed a bit of class, and no, City are not known for surrounding the ref like that. United and Chelsea are well known for it. lastly the actions of others does not mitigate your team's lack of even a quantum of class
After your fans, your players, your club and you revered ex manager all defended suarez you actually have the nerve to call chelsea classless? Glasses houses and stones spring to mind
