He'll get back on scoring form with these easier fixtures. Think his dry run of goals is partly due to Tadic going off form.
If he can hit the woodwork he can score...one of those near misses will go in soon. Why not Saturday?
He thinks VERY quick and on a number of occasions I've seen him lay off a first touch or a flick that Long or Tadic just didnt see coming or didnt read quick enough. Given more time to develop that understanding - the understanding that Lambert and Lallana used to have - we could have a much more potent front line.
Pony fiddlers??? here's an interesting article "do fishermen have sex with Skates?" https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100326084055AAOloTr
May not be scoring but he had a great game against Newcastle. He has hit the woodwork so many times of recent weeks, very unlucky!
I think you'll find, should you be able to read (a tough task for a skate, granted), that the majority rather scoffed at that idea.
I agree with you there. Tries too many fancy flicks and several times when he comes deep and then finds the ball at his feet he seems to panic and try an instant pass with his back to goal. Good team player though.
