Pedro: Chelsea agree deal for Barcelona winger

The Dippers tag really does upset some of you. Why as an Irishman living in Finland would that be the case? You're not a Liverpudlian, you've never been to Liverpool, why do you care about Liverpool fans being referred to as Dippers?!

No, it's just a potential title rival has strengthened seemingly at United's expense. Don't really think you needed him though - Chelsea have been crying for a proper right winger.

Actually just adressed the formation topic in another thread. We play a 4-2-3-1 but in reality it acts very much like a 4-3-3 when we have Cesc and Oscar on the pitch. I imagine he will slot in just fine. Will be interesting to see how it affects Ivanovixs ability to bomb forward though...Willian wont be there to cover.

Utd and Chelsea fans were just lucky we didn't want him, he most certainly would have chosen to come to Liverpool if we had decided he was good enough.

 

Great signing in my opinion and for a good price. Hopefully he can take a bit of pressure off Hazard and hit the ground running - any player who doesn't do that at Chelsea seems to be ridiculed and perennially labeled **** thereon after.

 

Completely agree, all of our front men ,including Willian, Moses and Cuadrado would score more if we had a Yaya type in our midfield. That really is the missing link in the chain.
