I think we've probably missed out on around 15 quid. Like Gangsta said, we'll console ourselves with PL prize money and the revenue we'll make with our Asian supporters.
You want to calm down mate, its a simple question. I assume if they go on to earn 40 Million transfer then you won't be looking for a cut. Now how about you unbunch those knickers!
Fev I have no idea who you are or what you want but coming on here & not having a clue ? May be you´re the one that needs to calm down & stay out of what goes on on the LCFC board.
Seeing as they are already in their 20's, and have just signed for the likes of Scunthorpe, I must admit that it's unlikely any £40m transfer fees will be incoming... I assumed you were trying to wind us up...
Worth a read. Further proves that off camera NP is a top bloke http://www.irishmirror.ie/sport/soccer/soccer-news/sacked-leicester-boss-nigel-pearson-6008629
I did. It basically says the owner's sacked Pearson to save face back home, which is what I've been saying all along.
Thats all speculation at the end. NP did nothing wrong in Thailand. It was his son which NP cant be held accountable for
As a Manager, any type of business, surely you have to take responsibility for and be accountable for the actions of your charges?
Why didnt we sack Pearson then when Danny Simpson got convicted Micky Adams when La Manga kicked off and Dennis Wise got sacked Martin O'Neill when Stan Collymore got us kicked out of La Manga You cant sack people for others actions
All good points by PF, but it does say the board wanted change. I think that, through one thing or another, NP has embarrassed LCFC in the eyes of the board & it´s been to much for them. I think they wanted to close the chapter once & for all. Still not happy NP´s gone mind, but if we get a big name it could be better in the long run.
Simpsons was a domestic incident, he wasn't on club duty. I'm sure the clubs lawyers would have looked to see if his contract could have been terminated. La Manga broke Adams, he was never the same after the incident. I think all charges were dropped against the players? Wise rightly got sacked. Collymores think was alcohol induced? I can't remember what the punishment(s) were I genuinely felt for Pearson when it was his son involved in Thailand but it was the final straw for the owners. The other incidents involving Pearson were self induced and he always said he wasn't going to change.
Decent of him to hand over his money. Coincidence that he was with a journalist? Cynical thought I know. He earned £1 million a year so the equivalent of someone on £20k giving £2.
