To put it bluntly, I'm very sceptical about this.

 

Why did Zarate only play once this season???

 

I really cant see what the big deal is with Zarate, for some reason i remember him being on fire for Birmingham and everyone raving about him but he only got 4 goals in 14 games for them and they went down.

he has scored 74 goals in 273 games a strike rate of 3.78.

doesnt really make me go wow we must have him just because he is a free.

 

Don't think up front is his best position but my knowledge of him is very limited. Pecs knows quite a bit about him if I remember rightly.

 

He's not a striker he's an Attacking midfielder mate. That strike rate is pretty impressive.

 

The best footballer I have seen at SAFC. Most skillful player without doubt in my lifetime. If its £20m then, at 29, we can't really say no.
