    But then those joggers/runners who have to stop at crossings would be confused....are they only allowed to "walk" across or can then run across? You just can't please everybody it would seem. Just do away with all traffic lights full stop, especially on roundabouts and replace these crossings with zebra crossings....many problems solved that way !!
