    If Liverpool perform bad this coming season no doubt about it Dalglish will be sacked. If they win the league and Carroll chips in with 20 goals he will be worth his money. How many games did it take (or minutes) before you saw how cr*p Collins was?

    It is very very simple: As long as Bates has the ownership of Leeds United FC, we are fecked. Like Murdoch, his loyalties and interests are purely with regards to financial rewards and personal gain, there is no compromise. When Bates dies, we will have to wait and see what horrors he has left in his will with regards to ownership of the club, our only hope is that he passes it on to someone with football as their main interest and not personal gain. I would also like to suggest that people STOP paying the prices and don't go to games, this hits both Bates and the club hard and will have an outcome which may be terminal, but at least people would have made a stance against a dictator.
