Yeah. We saw it as a bit of a ‘one off’ sort of thing. Always wanted to go to a big heavyweight fight. Very underwhelming to be honest, but that’s the risk with live sport I suppose. To clarify, tickets cost 300 each. Still a lot though!
Was going to fly out for the CL final (the one we lost to RM) that would have cost a fortune and bloody glad I saw sense.
In hindsight you did well. If you had won though, would it have been worth it? I follow rugby league (probably more than football tbh) Saw Hull FC win at Wembley four years ago. The first time in our history. I honestly can’t put a price on that day. Luckily it’s still very much a working mans game, so tickets are pretty cheap.
Yeah that's the chance you take. My youngest is unlucky with sport, he refuses to go to Liverpool until we lose at Anfield as he was there last time we did.
Spurly on a go slo? please log in to view this image If not you can completely ignore that meme Edit: I've since been informed of Spurly's release, carry on.
I've got a big heavyweight on my list. Probably be Fury and Joshua which will mean me eating soup for a month.
Well I paid my £10 today, and really enjoyed the game. I felt it was good value for money, comfort of my own home, saw a 3-1 win, what more could a supporter ask. I think Prem fans have been spoilt for way too long and if I have to pay a tenner to watch our loan players kick a ball around a park, why shouldn't Prem plastics be made to pay the same plus more, afterall they have multimillion pound teams, they want to buy the best, to be the bestest team in the wuuuuuuuurld, so they ought to be made to pay for that with hard cash. Best decision ever by the Premier League surely?
I read that and couldn’t believe he didn’t get stoned to death for it personally. Worthy of a ban tbph,
Cmon lads not one of you gonna bite for brb? Its a lot of effort like. I would but I don't even like football.
Used to go to probably 15/20 games a season between late teens and early/mid 20s. Realised I couldn’t be bothered with the 200 mile round trip to sit with a bunch of idiots who know **** all about football and moan the whole time. Saved myself probably £150 a time as well and not bothered at all about live football any more, go to the odd game that’s about it
You're not biting like he wants mate he needs a new bait, perhaps a stronger line. please log in to view this image
